Due to business expansion, the client required the construction of a new warehouse with an integrated small office area. In addition, space was reserved for a mezzanine level to provide a rest area for employees, allowing on-site staff to manage operations and daily administration more efficiently.
The project required completion within 70 days and placed strong emphasis on operational safety, particularly regarding heat sources inside the warehouse, as well as reliable thermal insulation performance. Traditional reinforced concrete construction was considered unsuitable due to its longer construction period, higher cost, and more complex on-site processes, which could not meet the client’s timeline and functional requirements.
The warehouse was designed with an internal office area and a small mezzanine level above the office, providing a dedicated rest space for employees. To meet insulation and safety requirements, rock wool sandwich panels with strong thermal insulation performance were selected for both the exterior wall panels and roof panels. In addition, two large outdoor sliding doors were professionally customized according to the client’s specific operational needs, ensuring smooth logistics access while maintaining overall building functionality and safety.
