This steel structure plant project adopts Q345B steel for rigid frame beams, columns, and connection joints. All other structural components are manufactured using Q235B steel, unless otherwise specified.
The roof purlins and wall girts are made of Q345 cold-formed thin-walled steel sections, while tie members, knee braces, and column bracing are fabricated from Q235B steel. Roof horizontal bracing uses HPB300 steel. Tie rods are made of round steel, and bracing members consist of round steel combined with outer steel pipes. All purlins and wall girts are galvanized components to enhance durability. The roof and wall enclosure systems both use single-layer color-coated steel sheets, providing a practical and cost-effective envelope solution for the large-span industrial facility.
