The main load-bearing steel components of this villa project are manufactured using Q355 steel, with structural connections primarily achieved through bolted joints. After welding, all steel components underwent sandblasting for rust removal, followed by the application of an epoxy zinc-rich primer and a double-layer acrylic topcoat to enhance corrosion protection. On site, the steel structure was fixed to the foundation using embedded anchor bolts, with primary load-bearing members connected by bolts, while roof beams, wall framing, and base panels were secured using self-tapping screws.
Project information:
New-generation decorative building materials were applied as exterior and interior finishes, offering a lightweight yet durable solution. After door and window installation, sealant was applied to all joints to ensure proper sealing, while floor tiling and wall finishes were completed with smooth surfaces and sealed joints. The structure is designed to withstand Level 12 wind loads and Grade 8 seismic conditions, and it meets a Class A1 fire resistance rating, ensuring a high level of safety and durability for resort operations.
