Foshan TianPuAn Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established (originally Foshan Nanhai TianPuAn Portable House Co., Ltd.) with its first factory located in Lishui Town, Nanhai District, Foshan.

To support growing business needs, the company expanded and relocated to a new site near the Foshan First Ring Road, increasing the operational area to 10,000 m² and significantly boosting production capacity.

As part of the company’s continued growth, the business name was officially changed to Foshan TianPuAn Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

Successfully passed the ISO quality management system audit and received the official certification.

Awarded the Class III Steel Structure Engineering Contracting Qualification, and established the Gaoming Factory in Foshan with an additional 20,000 m² of production area. A complete steel structure production line was introduced, with annual output exceeding 10,000 tons.

Passed internationally recognized quality certifications, including SGS (International), TÜV (Germany), and BV (France).

Expanded into aluminum windows and sunroom structures, launching a dedicated production line and initiating a nationwide distributor program.

Launched a new line of steel structure residential buildings, backed by over 10 proprietary patents and innovative construction techniques.

Participated in the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) to expand global partnerships.

Participated in the Saudi Build Expo, further strengthening our presence in the Middle East market.
